Discouragement- Words of Encouragement

So my husband and I have invested in new business opportunity to bring in some additional income with the dreams of making it very successful.  Working your typical 9-5 is ok for some people but after a while, don’t you want to be your own boss or set your own hours?  At some point, don’t you want to do something that you are passionate about instead of dragging yourself to a job that’s unfulfilling?  Well we do and it’s the truth that the most successful people take risks and invest in things that can be scary initially.  Focus and determination can take you a long way.  Having the support and help from those you love can help as well but with all that can come rough patches.  Sales is always a challenge, especially when starting off.  With all the scams going on and times of a recession, people sometimes are just not interested.  Rejection sucks and can make you want o give up sometimes but leaning on God really helps the situation.  You are reminded that he is for you and wants to bless all you do.

Psalm 138:7
 7
 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me;
         You will stretch out Your hand

         Against the wrath of my enemies,

         And Your right hand will save me.

Isaiah 43:1-2

 1 But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob,
      And He who formed you, O Israel:
 “Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
      I have called you by your name;
      You are Mine.
       2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
      And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
      When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,
      Nor shall the flame scorch you.

So with whatever you are doing just remember to do it from the heart and not to chase money.  Do it with a huge trust in the Lord because he will get you through it all.  All those movie stars, music artists and business folks that we look up to, started out struggling but look at where they are at now. They took a risk, believed in something and stayed determined to see it through.  Jesus went through ridicule, pain, and betrayal but in the end, he gave us the best gift anyone could give us.

Let the Lord guide you and help you so you can receive His love and blessings.

Galatians 6:9

9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

May God bless you all and bless whatever those positive goals are.
